CELLULOSIC FINISHING TRANSPARENT VARNISH (BRIGHT)

DEFINITION: Alkyd and Nitro cellulose based, single-component, air-dried, bright-appearance finishing furniture varnish.

PLACE OF USE: It is suitable for use on wood, hair and polyester surfaces.

ADVANTAGES:

• Creates a hard and bright film,
• It is resistant to scratches and impacts,
• Quick drying.

Note: The drying periods are the periods which will be obtained when applied so as to leave 40-micron dry film thickness in a single layer under the normal conditions. It should be known that the drying periods will increase as the application thickness increases and in cold weathers.

APPLICATION DETAILS

Surface Preparation: The application surface should be clean and solid. The wood surfaces should be cleared of the dusts on the surface after the proper sanding process.

Ambient Conditions: The ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C. For the applications to be made in the closed environments, attention should be paid to ventilation.

Preparation of the Mixture: Attention should be paid that the paint to be thinned is at minimum 15°C. It should be brought to the application viscosity with the addition of Green Lack Cellulosic Thinner and homogeneous mixture should be ensured also by using mechanical mixer when required. It should be rested for 10-15 minutes before the application is started.

Application onto the Surface: The mixture which is made ready for application should be applied on the surface with a green spray, on the surfaces where Green Lack Cellulosic or Polyurethane Filler varnish is applied and sanded surfaces are waited for 20-30 minutes depending on the desired surface fullness.

Cleaning of the Equipment: With Cellulosic thinner.

PACKAGING DETAILS: It is available as net 12 kg in one bucket and as net 2,5 kg in one gallon, as net 0,75 lt in one package.

STORAGE DETAILS: The material should be kept in a cool and dry place. The lifetime of the material is 1 year when stored in its unopened original package and properly.
